The Opportunity:

As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and fair administration of examinations. This position supports the Examination Officer in setting up and managing exams, contributing to the academic success and integrity of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Examination Officer in the preparation and management of examination sessions.
• Ensure all examination procedures are followed accurately and in accordance with school policies.
• Monitor and supervise students during exams to maintain a fair and secure environment.
• Maintain accurate records of examination activities and report any issues promptly.
• Assist with the distribution and collection of examination materials.
• Provide support during the marking process where required.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless examination experience.
• Uphold the school’s values of integrity and responsibility throughout the examination process.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Experience in an educational setting or previous exam invigilation experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Commitment to upholding the values of integrity and responsibility.

Preferred

• Previous experience working with students in a school environment.
• Familiarity with examination systems and processes.
• Experience in a multi-academy trust or similar educational setting.
