As an Examination Invigilator, you will ensure that students can perform to the best of their ability in a secure and fair examination environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth and efficient running of all examinations, adhering to strict regulations and guidelines.
• Monitor and supervise students during examinations with a calm, professional, and observant attitude.
• Maintain accurate records and report any issues or incidents promptly.
• Assist in the preparation and organisation of examination materials and venues.
• Support the invigilation team by following training and maintaining a high standard of conduct.
• Ensure compliance with all safeguarding and welfare policies.
• Provide a safe, respectful, and focused environment for all students during assessments.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Strong attention to detail and a calm, organised approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred

• Previous experience in an educational or examination setting.
• Experience with invigilation or similar roles.
• Knowledge of examination procedures and regulations.
• Experience working with young people in a school environment.
