Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve meals in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen and serving area
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines accurately
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet service targets
• Handle food safely and in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Store food and equipment correctly to ensure freshness and safety
• Adapt to changing priorities and support the team during busy periods
• Assist with the maintenance and organisation of kitchen supplies
