The Opportunity:

As an Examination Invigilator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of both internal and external examinations. This is an essential position that supports the academic success of students and contributes to the school’s high standards of education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage examination processes in line with school and external regulations.
• Ensure a secure and fair examination environment for all students.
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and external examiners.
• Monitor and report any issues or concerns during examinations.
• Support the Data & Examinations Manager in the administration of exams.
• Assist with the preparation and organisation of examination materials.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to examinations.
• Uphold the school’s commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and manage time effectively.
• Experience working with young people or in an educational setting.
• Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.
• Willingness to undergo full training, including safeguarding.

Preferred

• Previous experience in a school or college environment.
• Familiarity with examination procedures and systems.
• Experience in a supervisory or administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
