The Opportunity:

As an Exams Officer, you will coordinate internal and external examinations, ensuring smooth processes for all students. This role is ideal for someone who values flexibility, enjoys a supportive working environment, and is passionate about education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal and external examinations, ensuring all procedures are followed
  • Arrange special considerations for students with additional needs
  • Manage the selection and scheduling of invigilators
  • Ensure timely submission of candidate information
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the examination process
  • Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and external examiners
  • Support students with special educational needs and disabilities during exams
  • Ensure compliance with examination regulations and school policies

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs and disabilities
  • Strong administrative and IT skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • High level of professionalism in working with school staff and parents

Preferred

  • Experience in examination coordination or similar administrative roles
  • Familiarity with examination systems and processes
  • Experience with managing special considerations for students
