Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a strong background in Religious Studies or related subjects.
  • Proven leadership experience in a school or educational setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver high-quality curriculum.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in fostering inclusive and respectful classroom environments.

Preferred

  • Experience in leading a department or team.
  • Knowledge of teaching Religious Studies in a diverse and inclusive setting.
  • Familiarity with current educational trends and pedagogical innovations.
  • Experience in pastoral care or student welfare.
