Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and financial documents accurately and efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with internal procedures
• Support budget monitoring and financial reporting processes
• Assist with financial administration tasks using various systems including Excel and Google
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, staff, and external partners
• Collaborate with the Finance Manager and other members of the administration team
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive financial information
• Contribute to the smooth running of school operations through reliable and timely task completion

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Good literacy and numeracy skills at GCSE level 4 - 9 (A-C) or equivalent
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work accurately both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using systems such as Excel, Word, and Google

Preferred

• A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
