Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and financial documents accurately and efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with internal procedures
- Support budget monitoring and financial reporting processes
- Assist with financial administration tasks using various systems including Excel and Google
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, staff, and external partners
- Collaborate with the Finance Manager and other members of the administration team
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive financial information
- Contribute to the smooth running of school operations through reliable and timely task completion
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Good literacy and numeracy skills at GCSE level 4 - 9 (A-C) or equivalent
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work accurately both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using systems such as Excel, Word, and Google
Preferred
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
- Experience in financial administration or a similar role
- Willingness to develop new skills related to financial processes
