The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the purchase ledger
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations
  • Coordinate payment runs efficiently
  • Monitor and maintain stationery stock levels
  • Handle petty cash and ensure proper record-keeping
  • Assist with billing processes and financial reporting
  • Support financial audits and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain accurate financial records

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in a finance or accounting role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

  • Experience in the education sector
  • Knowledge of school finance systems and processes
