Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Food Technology across Key Stage 4
• Plan and deliver engaging, practical and theory-based lessons
• Support students in developing skills in nutrition, food preparation, and healthy living
• Contribute to the wider Design & Technology curriculum where required
• Play an active role in curriculum development and enrichment opportunities
• Promote the school's Catholic ethos and values in all aspects of teaching
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning practices
• Participate in professional development and training opportunities

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with strong subject knowledge in Food Technology
• Ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities
• Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
• Ambitious and keen to develop professionally and progress in their career
• Support and uphold the school’s Catholic ethos and values

• Experience with curriculum development and enrichment activities
