The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the French department by assisting with lesson planning and delivery.
  • Engage with students in a residential setting, contributing to the boarding house community.
  • Assist with the management and delivery of the school's co-curricular programme.
  • Collaborate with the Sports Department to support student activities and events.
  • Provide pastoral care and guidance to students in the boarding house.
  • Participate in staff development and training opportunities.
  • Contribute to the school’s academic and cultural initiatives.
  • Support the school’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A degree-level qualification in French or a related field.
  • Fluent in spoken and written French.
  • Experience or interest in working within an educational environment.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
  • Willingness to live in shared accommodation on campus.

Preferred

  • Experience in teaching or working with young people.
  • Knowledge of the UK education system.
  • Experience with co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
