Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of high-quality, engaging lessons to pupils.
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to enhance the learning experience.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Participate in school events and activities that support student engagement and development.
- Maintain accurate records and follow procedures to ensure compliance with safeguarding policies.
- Provide a caring and supportive presence to pupils, promoting their well-being and learning.
- Assist in the organization and delivery of extracurricular activities and events.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine enthusiasm for education and working with children.
- A commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
- Flexibility and a willingness to support a wide range of tasks.
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
Preferred
- Previous experience in an educational or childcare setting.
- Experience with teaching or supporting children in a school environment.
- Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Basic IT skills and the ability to use educational software.
- A passion for music or the arts.
