Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Geography to all year groups, including GCSE and A Level, to a high standard.
- Deliver engaging and innovative lessons that stimulate student interest and achievement.

- Support the development of students’ academic and personal skills through effective teaching and pastoral care.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
- Stay up to date with developments in Geography and education practice.
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans that align with curriculum requirements and student needs.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support learning.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Geography.
- Strong subject knowledge across all aspects of Geography.
- Proven ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
- Experience teaching GCSE and A Level Geography.
Preferred
- Experience in a selective or high-achieving school environment.
- Involvement in extra-curricular or enrichment activities.
- Experience with flexible working arrangements.
- Ability to contribute to the development of the Geography department.
