Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise the school’s websites and digital campaigns to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
• Implement and oversee digital learner journey mapping to ensure applicants receive clear and comprehensive information.
• Stay up to date with SEO and Gen AI search optimisation techniques to maintain a competitive edge in the digital space.
• Develop and lead a small team, sharing expertise and leadership across the wider marketing team.
• Represent the school at student recruitment and corporate events, promoting the school’s values and offerings.
• Analyse data to inform improvements in digital strategies and outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with organisational goals.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience in managing complex websites and digital campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO and Gen AI search optimisation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a small team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in digital marketing and online strategy development.
