Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Computer Science department.

- Collaborate with other departments to integrate computing across the wider curriculum.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching and learning in Computer Science.

- Represent the department at school-level meetings and events.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in teaching and leading Computer Science at a senior level.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- In-depth knowledge of computing and ICT curriculum development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A relevant teaching qualification and relevant experience in education.
Preferred
- Experience in a leadership role within a school or educational institution.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and pedagogical approaches in computing.
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment strategies.
- Knowledge of best practices in student engagement and learning outcomes.
