Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and appropriate teaching qualification.
- Experience in teaching Science, with a preference for Chemistry or Physics.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to inclusive education and supporting students with diverse needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Preferred
- Experience with educational research and evidence-informed teaching practices.
- Experience in leading or contributing to professional development initiatives.
- Familiarity with using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
- Experience with alternative provision or inclusive curriculum pathways.
