Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Computer Science department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
- Develop and implement a curriculum that is engaging, innovative, and aligned with the latest industry standards.
- Motivate and support a team of teachers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive working environment.
- Deliver expert Computer Science instruction up to and including Key Stage 5.
- Build strong relationships with students, inspiring a passion for learning and problem-solving.

- Work closely with colleagues across the school to support student achievement and development.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students in line with safeguarding policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in Computer Science at Key Stage 3 and 4.
- Proven leadership experience in a school setting.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach up to Key Stage 5.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and support staff and students.
- Commitment to safeguarding and student well-being.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience in leading a department or team.
- Familiarity with cutting-edge technology and its application in education.
- Experience with innovative teaching methods and curriculum development.
- Background in education technology or computer science-related fields.
