Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in leading a drama department in a school setting.
- Strong knowledge of drama education and curriculum development.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate both students and staff.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Relevant teaching qualifications and experience.
