• Promote a culture of teamwork, sportsmanship, and physical fitness
• Plan and deliver training sessions and matches

• Encourage participation from students of all abilities
• Collaborate with other staff members to support student wellbeing
• Stay updated on best practices in sport specialist teaching
• Represent the school at events and competitions

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A genuine passion for hockey and sport development
• Strong communication skills to engage with students of varying abilities
• Ability to motivate young learners and foster a positive team environment
• Basic organisational skills for planning training sessions and matches

Preferred

• Experience in coaching or sport development
