Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience teaching Spanish to Key Stage 5 students.
• Demonstrated leadership experience within a school setting.
• Strong data literacy and the ability to use assessment to drive improvement.
• Fluency in Spanish.

Preferred

• Working knowledge of a second language such as French or German.
• Experience in curriculum development and strategic planning.
• A track record of improving student outcomes and attainment.
• Experience in managing and mentoring a team of educators.
