Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Health and Social Care and Early Childhood Development.
- Support students of all abilities, including those with additional needs.

- Monitor and assess student progress regularly.
- Contribute to the broader curriculum by teaching in at least one other subject.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Engage with parents and the wider school community to support student learning.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in Health and Social Care and Early Childhood Development.
- Ability to teach students of varying abilities and needs.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to inclusion and student well-being.
- Relevant teaching qualification and experience in a secondary school setting.
Preferred
- Experience in teaching additional subjects.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Experience working with students with special educational needs.
- Familiarity with Ofsted standards and best practices in education.
