Key Responsibilities:
- Support teaching staff in planning, monitoring, and assessing student progress.

- Contribute to the development of lesson plans and resources.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of teaching and learning strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and students.
- Commitment to student welfare and academic success.
Preferred
- Experience in supporting students with special educational needs.
- Familiarity with inclusive education practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
