Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Religious Education at Key Stages 3 and 4.

  • Contribute to the development of a contemporary and innovative RE curriculum.
  • Inspire students through passionate and effective classroom practice.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance departmental performance and student outcomes.

  • Participate in school-wide initiatives and pastoral care activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with experience in Religious Education.
  • Strong classroom management and teaching skills.
  • Commitment to the Catholic ethos and values of the school.
  • Proven ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Experience in delivering curriculum at Key Stages 3 and 4.

Preferred

  • Experience in curriculum development or leadership within a school setting.
  • Background in pastoral care or faith-based education.
  • Familiarity with Catholic teaching and doctrine.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
