Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and support.

- Support students in achieving their full potential through personalized learning and targeted interventions.
- Stay up to date with developments in the History subject and incorporate innovative teaching methods.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in History education.
- Strong knowledge of the History curriculum and the ability to deliver it effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student welfare and the promotion of a positive learning environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the school's vision.
Preferred
- Experience in teaching additional Humanities or GCSE subjects.
- Experience with ECTs (Early Career Teachers) or mentoring.
- Experience in delivering lessons that promote critical thinking and independent learning.
- Familiarity with digital tools and resources for teaching History.
