Key Responsibilities:

• Support individual students with special educational needs and disabilities in a range of subjects.
• Collaborate with class teachers and the SEND team to develop and implement individual learning plans.
• Assist students in accessing the curriculum when physical or other barriers are present.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to help students achieve their learning goals.
• Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with teachers and parents.
• Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Support students during lessons, breaks, and other school activities as required.
