The Opportunity:
We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our team and support the smooth operation of HR functions across three campuses. This role is essential in ensuring the HR department runs efficiently and maintains a friendly, professional environment for all staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Manager with the administration of HR processes and procedures.
- Manage employee records, including data entry and updates in the HR system.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including advertising roles, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain a high level of communication with staff, ensuring all HR-related queries are addressed promptly.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the school.
- Assist with the management of payroll and leave records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures across all campuses.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, training sessions, and HR events.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Previous experience in HR or a related administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficient in using HR software and other office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in an educational setting, preferably in a school environment.
Preferred
- Experience with payroll systems or HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience with managing employee records and data.
- Familiarity with the education sector and SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) provision.
