The Opportunity:

As an HR Manager, you will provide HR leadership across multiple schools and support the Shared Services Team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the people agenda within education and who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead HR processes across multiple schools and teams.
  • Provide expert advice on compliant recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy.
  • Analyse HR data to support decision-making and improve organisational performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff, students, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all HR procedures are followed accurately and confidentially.
  • Support the implementation of initiatives that enhance staff engagement and development.
  • Work proactively and independently to meet deadlines and deliver results under pressure.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices and systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in HR management within an educational setting.
  • Strong understanding of compliant recruitment and HR procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Confidence in advising others and leading HR initiatives.

Preferred

  • Experience working in a multi-school trust or similar organisation.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of educational policies and regulations.
  • Experience with staff development and training programs.
