The Opportunity:
As an HR Manager, you will provide HR leadership across multiple schools and support the Shared Services Team. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the people agenda within education, while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and advise on HR processes, ensuring compliance with best practices and legal requirements.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of staff across multiple schools.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the school’s mission and values.
- Analyse HR data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to staff, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure effective HR policies and practices.
- Ensure all HR documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and securely maintained.
- Work proactively to address HR issues and provide solutions under pressure.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in HR management within an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of compliant recruitment and HR procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Confident in providing advice and support to others.
Preferred
- Experience in managing HR for multiple schools or departments.
- Familiarity with initial teacher training and staff development programmes.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of education sector HR challenges and solutions.
