Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality LAMDA lessons across a range of syllabi
• Inspire and nurture students to build confidence in drama and public speaking
• Support students of varying abilities, from beginners to advanced learners
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to enhance the drama and speech curriculum
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Ensure all teaching activities align with the school's educational and welfare standards

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience teaching drama, speech, or the LAMDA syllabus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Preferred

• Experience teaching students of diverse abilities
• Passion for all aspects of speech and drama education
• Familiarity with LAMDA assessment criteria and performance standards
