Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality IT and Computing lessons to KS4 and KS5 students
  • Develop engaging and innovative curriculum content aligned with national standards
  • Support students in achieving their academic and career goals
  • Collaborate with industry partners on practical learning opportunities
  • Participate in professional development and training programs
  • Monitor and assess student progress effectively

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant IT or Computer Science subject knowledge
  • Experience working with students aged 14-19
  • Commitment to delivering a practical, industry-focused curriculum
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Willingness to work part-time or full-time

Preferred

  • Experience with NQT support programs
  • Background in STEM education
  • Familiarity with teaching in a UTC or similar institution
  • Experience in developing curriculum content
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
