The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the school’s IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.
  • Provide technical support to staff, students, and faculty across the school.
  • Coordinate IT training and ensure all users are proficient with school systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate technology into teaching and learning.
  • Monitor and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of network administration, system security, and IT infrastructure.
  • Experience managing IT teams and providing technical support in an educational setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with cloud computing and remote learning technologies.
  • Familiarity with educational software and learning management systems.
  • Certification in IT management or cybersecurity.
  • Experience in a Catholic or independent school environment.
