The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment across the school.
  • Administer user accounts and manage IT records.
  • Provide technical support to end users in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular system maintenance and updates.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align IT solutions with school goals.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
  • Document all IT processes and troubleshooting steps.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Relevant IT qualification or certification.

Preferred

  • Experience in an educational setting.
  • Familiarity with network infrastructure and security protocols.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based systems and remote support tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 or similar platforms.
