The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that promote academic excellence and a love of learning.
- Develop and implement individualised learning plans to support student progress and achievement.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and resilience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Engage with parents and carers to support student development and maintain open lines of communication.
- Participate in co-curricular activities and school events to enhance the overall student experience.
- Stay up to date with educational research and trends to ensure teaching practices remain innovative and effective.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Key Stage 2 education.
- Strong commitment to academic excellence and student development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments.
- Experience in curriculum planning and assessment.
Preferred
- Experience with digital innovation and technology in the classroom.
- Involvement in co-curricular activities or extracurricular programmes.
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TEFL).
- Leadership or mentoring experience within a school setting.
