Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning and development.
- Participate in the planning and delivery of extracurricular activities, including sport, art, music, and drama.
- Support the school’s mission to cultivate a learning community that aspires to excellence in all aspects of life.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Engage with parents and carers to support student learning and development.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Key Stage 2 or a closely related role.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging and inspiring lessons.
- Commitment to the school’s mission and values, including a focus on personal development and academic excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience in a leadership or subject co-ordinator role.
- Experience with professional development and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Knowledge of innovative teaching methods and technologies.
