Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the UK National Curriculum at Key Stage 2.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
• Develop and implement creative, interactive teaching strategies that support student learning and growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the school’s extra-curricular activities and wider campus life.
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Utilise technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning experiences.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practice.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Minimum of a B.Ed. or B.A. & PGCE with QTS.
• Proven experience in teaching Key Stage 2 students.
• Strong academic background and commitment to student success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive school culture.

Preferred

• Experience with Positive Education or Values in Action TM programme.
• Proficiency in using technology and educational apps to enhance teaching and learning.
• Experience in leading or supporting extra-curricular activities.
• Aspiring or current Middle Leaders with relevant experience.
