Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that promote student success and achievement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support a cohesive and effective learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and members of the school community.
• Plan, prepare, and present lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all learners.
• Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and creativity.
• Assess student progress using Target Tracker and provide feedback to parents.
• Work with external professionals such as speech and language therapists and educational psychologists.
• Manage classroom behavior in line with school policies and promote a positive learning culture.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor's degree in a related subject with appropriate teaching qualification.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of teaching experience in EYFS or equivalent.

Preferred

• Experience working with students for whom English is not their first language.
• Recent and consistent involvement in extra-curricular activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check.
