Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective PE lessons that promote physical fitness, teamwork, and lifelong participation in sport.
- Support the PE Technician and Creatives Teams in planning and implementing a wide range of sporting activities and events.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all students during PE lessons and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance the overall student experience and promote a healthy, active lifestyle.
- Maintain and manage PE equipment and facilities to the highest standards.
- Support the school’s commitment to student well-being and personal development through positive role modeling.
- Assist in the organization and delivery of after-school sports clubs and competitions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the PE curriculum and student outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A skilled and motivated PE Technician with experience in delivering PE provision to students across a range of ages.
- A commitment to student academic progress and personal development.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for sport and physical activity.
Preferred
- Experience working within a school or educational setting.
- Knowledge of current PE teaching methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with a variety of sports and physical activities.
- Experience in supporting students with diverse needs and backgrounds.
