Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across the KS1 curriculum, tailored to individual learning needs
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning
• Support pupils with varying learning requirements and ensure all students reach their full potential
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, senior leadership, and parents to create a cohesive and supportive learning experience
• Plan and deliver creative and interactive lessons that align with the school’s broad and enriching curriculum
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and adjusting teaching strategies as needed
• Participate in professional development, INSET training, and school-wide initiatives
• Encourage and lead extra-curricular activities that enhance students’ personal and academic growth

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Right to work in the UK
• Experience in all aspects of teaching and classroom management
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Passion for supporting pupils with diverse learning needs

Preferred

• Experience teaching in KS1
• Experience in teaching phonics
• Excellent parent communication and engagement skills
