Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching to KS1 students

- Create a classroom environment that is inclusive, stimulating, and supportive
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly to ensure continued development
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and support continuous improvement
- Participate in staff development and training opportunities
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities and events
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in KS1 education
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Commitment to continuous professional development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Preferred
- Experience with early years or KS1 curriculum development
- Familiarity with inclusive teaching practices
- Experience in a Church of England school or similar setting
- Demonstrated ability to engage and inspire young learners
