Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or Key Stage 1 (KS1).
- Strong understanding of curriculum design and delivery, with a focus on direct instruction and knowledge-rich pedagogy.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of behaviour and conduct in the classroom.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive school culture.
Preferred
- Experience in a school with a ‘warm/strict’ approach to behaviour management.
- Experience in delivering a rich and creative curriculum with a focus on cultural enrichment.
- Previous involvement in school-wide initiatives or leadership roles.
- Experience in supporting pupils with diverse learning needs and backgrounds.
