Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Mathematics to Year 6 pupils to a high standard
• Deliver engaging lessons across a wide ability range
• Inspire a love of learning and writing in pupils
• Integrate IT effectively into classroom teaching
• Contribute to the life of a busy and ambitious London day school
• Support the school’s Catholic ethos
• Assist with Games lessons in a traditional boys’ prep school environment
• Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Ability to teach Mathematics up to Year 6
• Experience teaching a range of subjects including Games
• Strong ability to manage and inspire boys in a classroom setting
• Competency in using IT in teaching and learning
• Commitment to the school’s Catholic ethos

Preferred

• Experience with teaching other subjects up to Years 7 and 8
• Enthusiasm for Games, including football, rugby, and cricket
• Experience in developing cross-curricular links and PSHCE
• Ability to contribute to school trips and extracurricular activities
