Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging English lessons that promote reading, writing, and critical thinking skills.

  • Support students with additional needs, ensuring they have equal opportunities to succeed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in English education.
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons to students of all abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Experience working with students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a school setting.
  • Familiarity with inclusive education practices and strategies.
  • Experience with teaching across both Primary and Secondary age groups.
  • Knowledge of vocational and alternative education pathways.
