• Monitor and assess student progress to ensure that all learners make consistent progress.
• Engage in extracurricular activities and STEM-related events to enhance student engagement with science.
• Work closely with senior and middle leadership to support the strategic direction of the science faculty.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in science.
• Experience teaching Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Commitment to student wellbeing and inclusive education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred

• Experience with curriculum development and innovation in science education.
• Leadership experience or interest in taking on leadership roles within the faculty.
• Experience with pastoral care and student support.
