Seeking a Leadership Team Administrator to support the Senior School Leadership Team at a forward-thinking institution.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organised Leadership Team Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior School Leadership Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of the Leadership Team and supporting the Futures provision at the school. The successful candidate will work closely with the Assistant Head (Academic) to deliver a high standard of administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and comprehensive administrative support to the Senior School Leadership Team
  • Assist with the management of the Futures provision, including Higher Education and post-school routes
  • Coordinate and manage a range of administrative duties to ensure the efficient operation of the Leadership Team
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the Leadership Team and Futures provision
  • Support the Assistant Head (Academic) in the day-to-day running of the Leadership Team
  • Ensure effective communication between the Leadership Team and relevant stakeholders
  • Manage and organise meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
  • Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to the Futures provision

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in providing administrative support to senior leadership
  • Ability to work flexibly and manage a varied workload
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
  • Willingness to complete a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check

Preferred

  • Experience in an educational setting, particularly in a school or college
  • Knowledge of higher education and post-school pathways
  • Experience with educational administration software or systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with the principles of safeguarding and child protection
