The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils in class, providing tailored assistance to help them engage with the curriculum.
• Deliver targeted interventions to support learning and progress.
• Assist with the organisation and management of learning support provision across the school.
• Support pupils during assessments and examinations, ensuring appropriate access arrangements are in place.
• Collaborate with the Learning Support Team and academic staff to develop and implement effective strategies for student success.
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages growth and achievement.
• Provide guidance and encouragement to pupils, helping them build confidence and independence.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of learning support policies and practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Experience working with pupils with a range of learning needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and support staff.
• Commitment to inclusive education and student well-being.
• Organisational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred

• Experience in a school or educational setting.
• Knowledge of inclusive teaching strategies and interventions.
• Experience with assessment and examination support.
• Familiarity with digital tools and resources used in education.
