- Deliver targeted sessions and activities that promote inclusion and academic achievement.
- Assist in the implementation of school-wide support policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to students in a variety of settings and across different subjects.
- Participate in staff training and professional development to enhance support strategies.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in working with students with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Commitment to student wellbeing and inclusive education.
- Relevant qualifications in education or a related field.
Preferred
- Experience in a school or educational setting.
- Knowledge of special educational needs and disability (SEND) frameworks.
- Experience with behaviour management strategies.
- Experience in developing and delivering individual learning plans.
