Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted sessions and activities that promote inclusion and academic achievement.
  • Assist in the implementation of school-wide support policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in working with students with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Commitment to student wellbeing and inclusive education.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or a related field.

Preferred

  • Experience in a school or educational setting.
  • Knowledge of special educational needs and disability (SEND) frameworks.
  • Experience with behaviour management strategies.
  • Experience in developing and delivering individual learning plans.
