The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the school’s vision and goals.
  • Manage and coordinate promotional activities across digital and traditional channels.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including the Registrar, Communications Manager, and Admissions Assistant.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging in all marketing materials and communications.
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team in strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the production and distribution of marketing content, including brochures, social media, and online platforms.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Engage in administrative tasks as required to support the smooth running of the marketing function.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and brand management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.

Preferred

  • Experience with content creation and social media management.
  • Familiarity with SEO and online marketing best practices.
  • Knowledge of educational admissions processes and student recruitment.
  • Experience in managing a small team or cross-functional projects.
