Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a full timetable across all age and ability ranges, including Key Stage 5.
• Teach Mathematics and Further Mathematics at A Level, with a strong emphasis on student engagement and academic achievement.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of a rigorous and innovative curriculum.
• Support students in reaching their full potential through personalized teaching and enrichment activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning across the school.
• Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives.
• Monitor and assess student progress effectively.
• Engage in extracurricular activities and school events that promote student well-being and achievement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Mathematics and Further Mathematics at A Level.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality lessons and inspire student learning.
• Strong subject knowledge and experience in teaching across all key stages.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and collaborative working.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

• Experience in teaching Further Mathematics at A Level.
• Experience of working in a school with a strong focus on student enrichment and extracurricular activities.
• Leadership experience or involvement in departmental initiatives.
• Experience with curriculum development and innovation in teaching methods.
