Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate maths development across multiple schools.
• Support and mentor maths teachers to improve teaching and learning outcomes.

• Collaborate with school leaders to align maths strategies with overall school improvement plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of maths initiatives across the trust.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in maths teaching.
• Work closely with external partners to access the latest research and best practice in maths education.
• Ensure consistency and high standards in maths delivery across all schools.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a school or academy setting.
• Strong subject knowledge in mathematics.
• Experience in leading and managing curriculum development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive improvement and innovation in teaching and learning.

Preferred

• Experience in a multi-academy trust or similar educational organisation.
• Leadership experience in a joint faith or inclusive educational setting.
• Experience in developing and delivering professional development for teachers.
• Familiarity with national maths strategies and assessment frameworks.
