Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and QTS.
- Proven experience in teaching Maths at secondary level.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Preferred
- Experience in a high-achieving school or grammar school setting.
- Experience with curriculum development or leadership roles.
- Familiarity with character education and whole-school approaches to student development.
- Experience in a Teaching School Hub or similar professional development environment.
