Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and QTS.
  • Proven experience in teaching Maths at secondary level.
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Preferred

  • Experience in a high-achieving school or grammar school setting.
  • Experience with curriculum development or leadership roles.
  • Familiarity with character education and whole-school approaches to student development.
  • Experience in a Teaching School Hub or similar professional development environment.
