Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons across all Key Stages, with a focus on GCSE and A Level.
  • Support students in achieving outstanding academic results, with a target of 90% achieving Grades 9-4 and 50% securing Grades 9-7.
  • Collaborate with a well-established faculty to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.
  • Provide pastoral care and mentorship to students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and professional development opportunities.
  • Engage in school trips and extracurricular activities to enhance student learning and engagement.
  • Contribute to the ongoing success of a school with a strong commitment to equality and diversity.
  • Support Early Career Teachers through a dedicated tutor team and comprehensive induction program.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with experience in Mathematics education.
  • Ability to teach across Key Stages, with a focus on GCSE and A Level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to student success and academic excellence.

Preferred

  • Experience in teaching Key Stage 5.
  • Background in leading or contributing to departmental initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range from £37,870 to £56,154 p.a.
